"We wanted to completely reconfigure the downstairs area of our home, this was major work and having had a bad experience with another company for a loft conversion a few years earlier, we were anxious about finding a new company to carry out the work.

From our first meeting with Jay, we had complete faith in their ability to undertake the work and they understood completely how we wanted to live in the new space. Their ideas on how to re-design the previous ‘dead’ space and advice on where new walls/doors between the hall, lounge and kitchen should be positioned was invaluable and ingenious.

We were unable to live downstairs for a while due to the extent of the renovations but during this time the Bridletree team were courteous, professional and very clean and tidy, despite the works.

We didn’t need to be involved at all in managing the work or coordinating the various aspects as this was all done by Bridletree. At every stage we were kept informed of any tweaks necessary. We are extremely pleased with our new ground floor and would use Bridletree’s services again without hesitation."
